@ImNeilPatrickHarris And how would you justify the fact that it is Israel who is in fact one of the worlds largest recipients of foreign aid in the world. $3 billion in foreign aid, each year, from the US alone. Why exactly should Israel get this 'aid' when it is financially stable and is not having to rebuild any physical infrastructure as a result of it's continuing war on Gaza?

@ImNeilPatrickHarris Well, at least you indirectly concede that you were mistaken about Israel withholding tax payments, and I note that you can't demonstrate that the tax payments have re-started - which of course they haven't.

How much charity would you suggest would be right to send to the charitable organisations within the illegally Occupied Palestinian Territories? Considering that Gaza has been under siege, money clearly was not the issue as they couldn't spend it on building materials

@ImNeilPatrickHarris Additionally, you are ill-informed about taxes withheld from the Palestinian Authority by Israel. In fact Israel collects tax on foreign imports headed into the Occupied Palestinian Territories - clearly not at all under the control of the PA.

According to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2005 Israel was withholding $75 million per month in tax from the PA. Can you cite any recent *facts* on how much tax Israel *is* currently paying to the PA Vs what it withholds?

@ImNeilPatrickHarris I'm not sure that your'e reasoning is logical. You appear to be admitting that Israel has done some bad things but that nobody who lives under any government that does bad things has the right to point this out or to ask for the bad things to stop!

In my own country, I vote and protest against the bad things my government does, but with Israel I can only point out that the bad things they do.

Is it not possible to improve my own government and ask Israel to do the same?

Yes, Israel does *collect* taxes on behalf of the PA, it takes its time actually *hand those taxes over* to the PA though, doesn't it? In fact, Israel regularly withholds taxes from the PA.
