Starting from Completely ad-lib, no theme..but forms of Blues and Rhythm Changes.
It's a good way to practice various tunes in various keys. Enjoy!

  • Outstanding! nothing less..

  • That was wonderful! I wish I knew how to play like that, great job :) Also I really like your pants haha!

  • Hey you play so wonderful. I would like to learn to play like that. Would it be alright if you can put up a tutorial to ablib and do stride. I keep listening because it's so good.

  • @oldwarcraftgamer

    Thanks brother.

He's using quite a lot of walking bass in the begining as well.

I think this is pretty much the style of hank jones.

  • Ok so it's kind of short for I got Rythm changes. Thanks!

  • They're the chord changes from the song "I Got Rhythm" by George Gershwin.

  • Also can you tell why it is called Rythm Changes?

  • Can you tell a litte about the harmonic structure? Not the chords but the different patterns that you're using on the left hand.

Just the technical names would be enough for me to find the resources to learn.

  • Hey, are you from Massachusetts?
