I recently got an iPad 2 and discovered how easy and fun it is to read an ebook. But it made me realize that if books ever went 100% digital then it would eliminate or require an alternative to autographed copies. As a bibliophile and an aspiring writer, it's a major part of books that is important to the connection between writers and readers that I believe is necessary.

Apple would never allow the competition to use their hardware in the mobile space. If they do I dont think they would give hardware binaries (i guess is the way to say drivers) for Google to have full hardware functionality.
