The location has been chosen:
Current org in Dunwoody
4480 N. Shallowford Rd. Dunwoody, GA 30338

Date and Time: June 14, 12:00 noon - 4:30 pm

Bring: * Yourself and your friends! Friends of friends! Family! Anyone else who wants to come (and who can behave themselves properly - no troublemakers)! * Signs * Flyers - We don't have as much opportunity to hand out flyers as some other cities, but some would be helpful. * H20 and caek * Trash bags * Comfortable shoes * Good spirits and a cool head * Cameras, still and video

Parking: Be creative. Some people have been meeting at the Taco Bell at 2081 Savoy Dr, Chamblee, GA 30341, about a half mile from the org, and walking over together. (Do not park here, scilons have photographed and Dev T'ed anons, and scouted license tags here.)

Other miscellany: * Police have been notified - we've had a smaller police presence for the protests the last 2 protests. * Masks are illegal, but we've had no problems with sunglasses, hats, wigs, face paint, as long as they don't cover the majority of your face. Eye patches will probably be ok. Choose your disguise/costume with wisdom, and at your own risk. * Please contact media. * No "honk if ..." or "... hate ..." signs.

I owe a big thanks to Gumby, EC, 88 and others for this video! The first footage is from a protest in 1999. The rest is form the recent protests.

  • Good luck tomorrow GA.

    "Masks are illegal"? WTF???

  • It's due to GA unfortunate history with the KKK.

Many of us are looking forward to the DC 9000 Man March so we can finally wear mask.

  • A line I like using to the typical "what are your crimes?" line is; "If you knew you wouldn't stand so close to me."

  • ahh Gumby, I've been told that my true calling in life is to invent a dry sarcasm font, since I get misunderstood so much in text form. It's all about the vocal delivery. Hope nobody took that post as a call to threaten in a mean tone. That just buys into their effort to paint us as terrorists. Do it with love and a lot of laughter. They end up feeling stupid and just walking away. From what I know of bullbaiting, it's to provoke an angry response. The lack of mass and tone scale messes then up.

  • that is not funny but i bet it scares the shit out of them, coming from costumed people who work in jobs related to rock, and roll
