The songs is saying that -We are tired of been stirred like porridge on the fire. What must we do ?We no longer want to be stirred like the African mealie meal (AMM) porridge. We are been treated like AMM porridge been stirred and burnt simulteanously. The enemy has finished the black people until when can we absorb these insults. Chitepo died, Biko followed, Samora is gone. Our lives are struggle we dont have anyone to play with. Keep quiet dont cry, its the Lord that looks after us.
Time time ukatarisa back you wonder how someone as thick as Samora Machel could even be president? He did his best but there's no way he could take Mozambique forward
Could you help write the lyrics here for me? I want to learn the song. I listen to this song almost every day before I go to work. From your Ghanaian friend.

was quite young when this song was released quite shocked i still remember the lyrics cos its that memorable some of the best musicians forgotten from zimbabwe
I fell in love this song the first day I heared it played on BBC by the late Charlie Gillet. since then I kept on looking for this song. This is a very beautiful music. We Africans have lovely melodies lets keep it up. I'm just tired of listening to music from the so called western world. By the way I'm from Ghana. Thank you dodogarden
