And all time favorite, its what we do the most....
The climb.

This drill will help you develop explosiveness and effective technique on your climb ups. By using the kip you create the momentum necessary to assist you on your pull.

You can start with a simple pull, kip and pull, kip and climb up and all kinds of variations possibles... be creative and have fun.

  • @AsyrafFluxHD There just sticking out like WAM LOOK AT ME

  • @awsomeskater1234 what's with the arm..can you please explain it to me? i just don't get it.. >_<

  • @4theloveofthecity Wow! I thought it was supposed to be the other way round. Thank you very much!

  • @maxyliano I also have flat. Very flat feet infact. What seems to help me most is to train barefoot whenever possible. This will strengthen your feet and get your body used to the impact you take when doing parkour. I would also recommend placing some good insoles into your shoes... but. remember to balance your training in shoes and barefoot. If you wear shoes with thick insoles too much, your foot will rely on that support and eventually become even weaker.

  • Good stuff again, Ozzi.

Over here we call that kip drill 'peeping in the balcony'. :D

  • It looks like such a smooth wall..

  • i can do this with .. wait i cant do this

  • @johnnybonello: WIth alot of training, basic movements like muscle ups eventually will come naturally. I've been training for about 4 years. Strength comes with practice and repetition. Your body will naturally adapt to become stronger when you train. Nothing is gained without determination. Love your body and what you do, and it will return that same love to you 7fold.

  • @4theloveofthecity dude.... how did you got soo brute? hahaha you inspire me, tell me, how long you do parkour and how you got soo strong?
