I wasn't sure what to make of this comment because now (July, 08) Obama is leading in almost every poll, and that lead continues to grow. But I then noticed this comment was left 5 months ago, at which point I believe Hillary was looking like she could pull off a primary win.
If I take your comment the right way, we didn't shoot ourselves in the foot, we shot the elephant right between the eyes, figuratively speaking of course.

Probably similar reasons behind the fact that nearly all governors seal their records for 5-10 years after they leave office.

..his only spoken word was it might be embarassing for his presidenal campaign?? But no one knows and an organization took issue to court but lost. OH, in VT Dean didn't give oath of office so...most likely one of HIS judges sat on HIS case... Vermonters would like to know too. He stomped out of news conferences when a reporter pushed for answers & not many did. We have the state of news release. 1st VT woman gov just got unsealed - mostly news releases. A Dem too. Vote 3rd party.
