Hey, I appreciate your reviews and videos of this embroidery machine. I was wondering how it does with fabrics that don't completely fill up the hoop (like a 2" x 7" piece). I'm considering getting one, but I only need it for smaller projects like that. Can you offer any advice?

I have a question. On another video posted by BrotherSews, the person doing the embroidery just slipped the stabilizer underneath the hoop and didn't have it in the hoop. Have you ever tried it that way? I don't have this machine (yet) but am doing some research.

What if I make my own design is a dst format file. Will it be comparable with the pe500?
