Did you only replace the graphics, or the sounds too? Because I swear that is link anytime you jump and land, and that everytime whoever that is shoots, it sounds exactly like a plasma rifle from halo.

It is pretty easy. If you take a look at the files for the game, you can see all the art assets and replace them with your own.
