Demonstration of SodaStream

My friends Mike and Lauren gave me a SodaStream for Christmas (I drink a lot of soda water). The SodaStream is easy to use and the soda water it produces tastes just like the soda water I used to buy in the grocery store.

What an incredibly thoughtful gift!

is the bottle plastic or glass? I had a soda stream in the early 80's so i wsant to know if it changed

(Sorry for the late reply) The bottle is a hard plastic.

Yup, that's pretty much it! And then, when you release the bottle, the machine makes a cool sci-fi-like hissing noise, like you're opening a pod bay door, HAL.

@NancyHwa Thanks, I'm thinking about getting one, since I haven't found a way to refill my old one. I think they just dehidrate the soda's found on the shelves and when you add water it's real soda
