Wouldn't that be an incomplete pass? They normally don't call it a fumble when the receiver drops the ball that soon after catching it.
Yeah that and, the defender went out of bounds and then came back in to retrieve the ball.
Still in all, the game gave you a TD, so congrats, I'd be stoked.

In the NFL this would be illegal because the player was ou of bounds, come back in to recover a fumble which is touching the ball.
