April 2009 Customer Success Story Contest: Video Submission.

This customer is an apartment manager of several apartment complexes with coin operated laundry machines. The laundry machines at one particular laundry room kept getting damaged by a tenant or tenants. Often, they would find the mechanism broken or inoperable. One incident cost us over $200 to repair -- the crook jammed tools into the coin mechanism to try to get at the coins.

Only a day after replacing a lock on a service door, someone had already broken the lock again. So the customer installed the WiLife camera. The very next day, he caught the culprit and filed a police report.
