COLD Local Forecast- 11/24/10 7:28 AM EST

Temperatures almost made it down into the teens, out ahead of a large system set to impact the midwest on Thanksgiving and Black Friday. We're slated to flip the switch and go over to rain for Thanksgiving Day, and then go back to lake effect snow and wind chills as cold as the single digits for Black Friday shoppers looking for deals. The song here is "Rock Steady" (Instrumental) by The Whispers. "Layla" by Derek and the Dominoes is also featured in the local forecast cut-in at the beginning.

Man, that's awfully cold! Where I live, the high temps are starting to creep into the 40's, and soon enough, the lows will be getting in the 20's...
