Well my friends this is truly a sad end of the beginning of the absolute end for California. And remember California leads the way for the rest of the country. Now I haven't been to CA. for over forty years. USMC, the reason, but I loved almost every minute of it. Maybe these small departments are superfluous in the big scheme of things,but budget concerns are now and forever going to cause these kind of problems.
