Shibas are adorable, but if you're considering one, make sure you do your research! They can be escape artists, can sometimes be a bit nippy, can be destructive, or they can simply not be the snuggly dog that you expected (i.e. cat-like, independent). But not all of them are this way. Just make yourself aware of the possibilities before you commit to a life with a Shiba, and decide whether you will be able to love them and take care of them regardless. :)

I have 2 dogs, and they're both shibas. THey are alot of fun, but u got to be careful to not neglect them and forget about them.They love to be scrathed and played with. I've had them for a while and they're so cute!! :)
