This trilogy is perfect the way it is.

When I was a kid I saw Return of the Jedi and even though I loved it, a big part of me said to myself "How can movies possibly get any better than the original trilogy?" and then for many years afterwards I never got all that excited about movies that much again...

I got chills hearing Williams' theme at the beginning.

Paper thin was not the probem with the new ones IMO, rather they were hackneyed and cliche'd. Obligitary 'romance' and danger were injected. Part of what made the originals so great was how the details were so 'shabby' and therefore real. The Patina generated by reality can never be replicated through CGI.

When I watch the original trilogy, I marvel at how gorgeous it looks to this day. The way they made it with miniatures and dolls, it's very impressive.

And Willpu, I dare you to tell me the plot of the prequels. Revenge of the Sith had a good plot, but the others didn't have one at all.
