Did Bush really just say that US health care is the envy of the world?!?!
The World Health Organization (which analyses the world's health systems) found that France provides the best overall health care followed among major countries by Italy, Spain, Oman, Austria and Japan. The UK was ranked at number 18 and the US at number 37. That report was 4 years before he made that stupid ignorant statement.
