This vinyasa flow sequence is nearly a full length yoga class. You will warm up with sun salutations, then you will move through a complete practice of stretching, balancing, twisting, strengthening your core and resting.
Please make sure to listen to your body and only practices postures that are appropriate and safe for you. If you are not sure, discuss with your physician before participating.
