None of this can be denied by the government. So explain to me PLEASE, how am I simple minded. Tell me what am I missing here and Ill go back to drinking tap water.

How to avoid MOOBS (man boobs!):

* Stop drinking tap water and all the hormones that make there way into it.

* Try and avoid food packaged in plastics. The plastic chemicals leech into food and mimic female hormones. Eat fresh whole food.

* Avoid eating animal products, especially those that are reared by man. They often have been fed hormones, chemicals and antibiotics. Also, animals naturally produce hormones that stays in the meat.
