Beautiful performance by Takeuchi Naoko at the Summer Festival of Matsuyama Shrine.
This song tells the story of a samurai warrior who comes upon his enemy and decides not to kill him, but when his fellow warriors come upon them they chastise him for his decision so he does, in the end, kill the enemy soldier. Later that night, in camp the samurai realizes he does not hear the fue/flute he has been listening to each night; it was the enemy soldier who filled the night with his music.
