-
so are u a millionaire?

The learning curves stated are greatly oversimplified. Average learning curve for IM is about a year before most people make any money.

My first question is, are you a millionaire?

@tosendprashan net worth around to $6 - 700,000 was there this past summer but I invest alot of my money in different business ideas... goal is to hit 1 billion in the nxt 15 years but this on the otherhand is extremely hard to do unless you can catch a curve and revolutionize an industry... warren buffet is one of the few that I know that actually did it through several different industries unlike bill gates(microsoft) or mike z(facebook) who caught lucky curves in my eyes

I don't know if I would invest in real estate unless you were planning on leasing out property. 08 was not even half of the crash.

@TheMadCrumpet very true now would be the time to build your portfolio by getting as many forclosed houses as possible at around 30%-40% market value rent out and within the next 10 years or so sell when the market comes back hot... long term strategy to make several millions if you can start in invest in a smart way, alot of bad deals now gotta invest smart.... I should start posting different strategies for real estate in my blog when i get around to it in the nxt 3- 4 months

@99palmer99 3 million / 300 million = .01 or in other words 1% which means 1 out of 100 or 1/100 Thank you for your input sir :)
