Little girl Jess Shockley disappeared in October 2007...Amber Alert have her missing in 2011! They keep changing the dates. She was seen in Plumas Lake, CA, in Yuba County. Sheriff and 911 was contacted several times, with no action. Jess was seen at the house of 826 Atherton Way, Plumas Lake, CA 95961, with older black woman.
