God, the mid 2000 Packers were awful. Sherman as GM KILLED the team. Harlan brought back Thompson from Seattle to fix his blunder in appointing Sherman, and all Favre did was BITCH. "I want this, I want that" over and over and over. So he "retired" to wind his way to the Vikings. Anyone notice Favre waited until the Packers had committed his $12 M salary before he "unretired" to force GB to have to handle the cap hit with his return? ALL along TT was right and Favre was WRONG. He "chose poorly"
