@Phenom69ll Thats why you do a leak test. First should should run the water through your custom loop first without the computer on. That way if there are any leaks, nothing will be short circuited. Then once there are no leaks you are good to go. You should also remember that distilled water does not contain any ions because it is effectively pure water. This means that its ability to conduct electricity is much less than that of tap water. It would take a lot of distilled water to do damage.

@Phenom69ll Its all a question of what you use your computer for how much you want a quiet system and lower temps.. Water cooling is worth it if you have high end hardware that you will likely keep for some time.
And yes you can use distilled water. You probably wont have the change the water very frequently (every 6 months - 1 year maybe, or more)

@brooklynty87 I believe, that when you say "your a retard", you mean "You're a retard". It seems you do not understand BASIC grammar, yet call others a retard. The least you could do is use proper English, if you wish your nasty comments to be of any effect.
