Mega Man Live Action? Maybe one day....

Unoffical video for band, "The Protomen", created using scenes from the Japanese film "Casshern".

My personal feelings are that the visual style of the film could serve as a blue print for a live action film based on Mega Man. The dramatic and epic scale of the Protomen's music seemed like a natural fit for this experiment.

While most of the videos content represents a single scene from the film, i made my best effort to alter the action enough to reflect the story and emotion of the song, while still preserving a visual continuity and logical progression.

The song "Vengeance", comes from the Protomen's self titled debut album, an epic rock opera based on the Mega Man character created by Capcom. This is an unofficial video and is in no way endorsed by the Protomen or Capcom.

Scenes like that are EXACTLY what play through my head whenever I hear this song. Good job man!

Also if anyone ever gets the chance to see them live, DO IT! Saw them 11/9/11 and they were amazing to say THE LEAST. Also some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Support the band, BUY their music! Their t-shirts aren't that bad either :P
