What's Wrong With My Black Ops Part 1. Trollarch Strikes

For some reason, when I play Black Ops, I get screens that are black and when I shake my PS3 or tap it harder, it will come back. Sometimes the sound not made by players isn't there, such as the launch of the rocket, challenges, or the starting music, voices aren't there until later at random times such as spy plane online, even is single player it does that. Also, things won't load such as my character in the create a class menu and peoples' playercard emblems won't show up. The sniper scope isn't showing crosshairs, and there is freezing after a game that unless I shake my PS3, it won't work. In this game, there is:
No music and voice at times there should be.
No sniper crosshairs in the scope
Freezing at the end of a game

If you could contact Treyarch, that would be awesome. Also, any suggestions on what to do would be nice.

its ether the eye or the disc . im prettysure the disc man . sometimes they arent made right . gotta return and get another
