The training forms of Wing Chun are not like some other forms of martial art. Where the forms can been understood to be doing a pacific action to the the on looker. without the understanding a on looker of a Wing Chun form would only be puzzeled and wonder how can you fight with that :)
Thats the same thing that other Wing Chun players say them selfs when looking at things they dont uerstand.

based on thier undrstanding. So those with differant uderstanding tend to thik that whensosmthing is not the same as theirs it is wrong. Also alot of folks practice it empty with out anly understanding and jus mimic movments.
1) Punch: breaks, attacks, intercepts the center line and same time develops short power.
2) Finger Jap/Thrust: same as above along wit directing power into finger tips.
3) Circle hand: Develping wrist strenght, creating angles, changing direction.

I see may secret training in this practice. Things I would not have know 5 years ago. I will list and explalin what I see in the order I see it. Now keep in mind I am sure that there is much more here then what I mention. What is mention is only what I can see with my limited understanding. I am explaning it here to shed light and maybe open a new way for those to see Arts. This art is very misleading even among it own practitioners. They have the genera same forms but play different
