  • Can't get enough of that sweet highlife guitar tune at the beginning (Yabonsa Jaware). So sorry she died too soon at age 28, she would have been a formidable juju artist of all times. RIP queen.

  • Groovemontzer are a legend oooooo...

  • @NewMayflower Decency was certainly not the first Nigerian woman to play guitar or the first Nigerian woman bandleader. Both of those honors belong to Victoria Iruemi, who led the Roadhouse Dance Band in the early 60s, when Oladunni Decency would have still been in primary school.

  • I remember this lady back in the late 70s. The only TV station then, WNTV Ibadan, later NTV Ibadan and now NTA Ibadan used to promote her music. You would love her dancing skills and her husband talking drum dexterity. She died 'abruptly' when her profile was just rising. Her hairdo was something to admire back then. She was bold to lead a revolution which women are now enjoying in the music world. Nice song.

  • @oluwalogbon58 how are u and i really decency. I danced with my mother.

  • @oadewunmi your request are oldies indeed. God bless grooovemonzter.

  • She was first Nigerian lady that played guitar in live concert at Ikenne in early 70's. God will continue to bless you and your family Groovemontzer.
