@ak99372 Only the insulation was removed for the footprint of the heater. This climate zone doesn't require the moisture barrier. We are in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Thanks for the video. I noticed that you removed the insulation from the wall which means it is an exterior wall and you didn't place any insulation back. That doesn't seem very efficient not even mention the condensation problem. Any comments on that?
