It could be that tubulars lose air as the inner tubes are made of latex. Latex gives a better performance as it is more flexible but as matrerial it is porous. You can introduce our Pit Stop, a liquid made of latex to solve the porosity of the latex inner tubes.

While our factory is located in Asia, we take great pride in our conformance and support of both ISO9001 and Social Charter SA8000 certifications. We go above the standards with on-site medical care, competitive pay, a full cafeteria, and even climate control. Our technicians are highly skilled, well trained, and properly managed. We are dedicated to our employees and their quality of life, a consistent aspect of our global and diverse company."

Not sure how you got race from that unless you just race baiting. Of course they all look nice and clean. This is a advertisement for a company. I'm not judging the work conditions based off this video.

My Vitorria tubular tires leak so much air...they are horrible.

It's a paradox that all the mechanical wheels in the factory are misshaped, yet still produce such a perfectly circular product.

Looks like a normal healthy factory. Even by the US's standards. They should make good money, we pay enough for tubulars!
