@BriggyGBProof caffeine is actually the WORST thing you can use. Caffeine and other stimulants release cortisol. Cortisol is a catabolic hormone. just google this "caffeine releases cortisol" you'll find a ton of links showing this. If you dont know a catabolic hormone is a muscle wasting hormone.
And you say that caffeine BEFORE training is good for you. Thats actually the WORST time to use it as studies show it releases 5 TIMES the amount of cortisol. Jack3d releases cortisol

caffeine is good for before you train im taking jack3d at the moment and it has cafeine in and i have had good gains

@BriggyGBProof use what the body needs. carbs, protein, anti-oxidants, and electrolytes...not this krappy product with ZERO muscle building products in it (unless you count a product releasing cortisol)

@BriggyGBProof The US airforce did a test on jack3d, all the subjects that used it tested positive for meth, i am not just one of those people that spreads any rumor i hear, i was told this by a man who's brother is an active navy seal so he would know the truth behind a military test on a supplement.

@guerillaforce730 im a neuroscience major and my roomate was provided Jack3d by the national guard, when i was reading the nutrition facts, i told him it had meth in it and he disagreed. good to hear more info. And keep spreading the word about the cortisol/stress response loop, it hurts to watch all my friends destroy their kidneys.
