  • When one supports a massive amount of weight, heart must pump blood into areas of body which are extremely compressed. Working on a "SUPERLIFT" that will get some serious attention...

    Yes i love the crush# 3 raban's and hg 350.

Stay healthy, study Physical Culture, get strong and forget the spandex monkeys, juicers, one trick ponys and posers...

  • Still around...

swamped by a bunch of self-declared fitness experts, spandex monkeys, hardcore aerobic metros, pill pushers, lab rats, gurus, masters, etc.

No matter, lifting heavy stuff for over a DECADE../10 yrs/now.

    No injuries..

No suits, no shirts, no belts, or straps...just chalk

    Best to all serious lifters...

Pity the rest, who live in delusional world of "knowledge"..

  • bad form in terms of no pulling lol but seriously strong grip! and strong body! I struggle to hold onto 500lb raw

  • Thanks.

This "bad form" is slowly helping me achieve a personal goal of 800lb raw deadlift...

  • @tvyawbus one does not simply get to an 800 lb RAW deadlift in 2 years

  • Thank god the bar survived the test... Good thing it'll never see half that weight...

  • not really a rack pull. nice grip but thats about it. i bet 2 years later and you still can't get 800 raw

  • really strong .... more impressed by the music tho ... lifting to parkway is the s&%t!!!

  • good lift but you've definitely got some kind of imbalance going on with your left arm. probably easy to fix.

  • parkway drive in hthe background haha? siqcunt.

  • Is this a basement home gym? Looks like a real gym SHOULD look.

  • @NB4L You are...this lift was looking all legs, traps and grip...not much back what so ever. Still a shit ton of weight though for a test, well done

  • i thought the weight had to be set just below the knees for rack pulls....not mid thigh

  • Fuck yeah man that's sick as hell and the fact you're playing ParkwayDrive in the background makes this video epic as fuck!
