Jimmy Maguire Video Response to Doug Aldrich's Betcha Can't Play This

http://www.veryjimmy.com I know it is not note for note... I watched Doug's piece a couple times and then I just kinda went for it. So I was going for the feel and spirit of it, not an exact reproduction of the original.I was playing through my little Roland cube amp with an old Electro Harmonix LPB pedal with a Gibson Les Paul Junior. I plugged direct into my laptop when I did the solo --that's why the sound is different than when we were talking. --And when my boy is around we act like goofballs!! Anyway, DOUG ALDRICH ROCKS!!! hey thanks! yea, one day noah will start rockin on the guitar! actually, he's got a cool voice, maybe he'll be the singer! anyway, it's a really odd audio set-up... i'm using a little roland cube amp which is plugged straight into my mac, and before that i'm using a les paul junior and an EHX LPB-1 effect pedal. cool. peace & rock - jimmy
