This Mortal Coil was a musical dream pop project of Ivo Watts-Russell, founder of the British 4AD Records label. he project brought together key 4AD artists, as well as others not signed to the label, under an umbrella name. Among others, This Mortal Coil featured contributions from Howard Devoto, Colourbox, Dead Can Dance and, pivotally, Cocteau Twins.

Blimey I've been trying to find this for ages, didnt know the title or who it was by, had it on a compilation tape given to me by a friend, which melted in the sun in the car. And I found colourbox today as well....
