The strings on this were sampled from a Lalo Schifrin tune "Silvia" and it was actually never credited as a sample on their Blow your Headphones album. tut tut.

Honestly? the song sounds like it's about a dog in the country who jumps a fence, gets caught by animal contol, and carted off to the big city.
