Gratitude changes you. It changes the cells in your body and makes you flexible and young. It neutralizes anger. Most people aren't aware that depression is the result of turning your anger inward; turning it upon yourself. Most people also don't realize that much of their anger comes from their sense of being denied something they insist upon having; whether that is an object, a world view, someone's attention or their right of way on the way to whatever it is that they want or wherever it is they wish to be. Gratitude makes all of that unnecessary.

You know what else is sorely lacking here in the western world, humility. Sure you can write off the kids who're a product of the "me generation" but I see more and more "adults" knifing each other in the back for scraps. In the west you're defined by the zeros in your account and nothing else. It's sad that schools are now teaching kids that basically you either wear a suit and get six figures or go homeless. I'd rather homeless and humble than be rich and fake.

9:15 I once had a dream like that picture, and i was falling in this tornado like structure of stars. They were very bright in color and felt warm and comforting, I was thinking whether I should fall in or keep hanging on to a star i griped onto. I had this fear of a long unknown yet beautiful fall, now i don't anymore.

I still feel Gratitude – wonderful to have WORDS for these THOUGHTS. F’ing the ineffable is the Art of using appropriate words WE comprehend. We are Sovereign.
