guys this was ment to be a joke,
just a very stereotypical situation,
forced because of the video timing and
the will to show how simply changing
the perspective and being more tolerant to
the other cultures main traits
can be a key to every negotiation..
by the way, I'm Italian, and I lived in
Sweden for 6 months.. you guessed wrong ;)

You obviously know nothing about communication across cultures. Let's guess...you must be an American who never lived in another country....? Am I correct??or a German - but then you are forgiven, because we can never really see our own selves until we are put in contrast with someone different. Take some courses on Cross-Cultural training.
