We are born sinners because of Adam.

But God had a plan from the very beginning to send Jesus to die instead of us, allowing us to be saved IF we accept it.

You cannot lose forgiveness.

Yes people who are not truly saved. ie false teachers.

Ephesians 2 v 8-9

No, the debt is not payed. Picture you owe someone money you can't pay. And someone else makes a cheque for you. You still have to take that cheque to the bank etc.

You have to accept God into your life, ask for forgiveness and turn from your sin.
