@mailman63155 Actually no, what you're saying isn't true. Waiver of right against self-incrimination only applies to the defendant in a criminal trial, wherein the defendant waives his Fifth Amendment right by electing to take the witness stand. This, however, was not a criminal trial, and the Salahis were not defendants. Just as witnesses at a criminal trial are free to take the stand and refuse to answer questions selectively, so were the Salahis able to do so here. He could have refused some

EVERYONE ELSE who comes to a Congressional hearing HAS to answer a question. Idiots... We know what they did. Around the time of this nonsense, they were seen trying to get out of a ticket b/c they didn't have enough money to pay for it. REALLY???
-
@imknattie Actually they are a real PSYCHO CRIMINALS, who made FUN of the PRESIDENT, and the Secret Service. But ... somehow they are UNTOUCHABLE.
WHY????

......would our lord really appreciate this comment? He never forces himself on anyone as he gave us all the right to come to him or not. he also is the one who has all the rights to boast and be snarky at people, so if he, the all mighty, doesn't do it, what makes you think you can?

They HAVE to take "The Fifth" on all questions. If they answer even one question it can be asserted that they waive the right to refuse.
