i do beleive the problem is your using the metric system lol jk adjust your valves and pop test your injectors if a valve adjustment doesnt fix it

the lack of grammar on the internet sadly still makes me want to choke people...

sorry about my english, i'm from germany :)
i believe you mean the noise how sound's a bit like a train ...... rururururuururur
i would say a bearing is damaged, ... crankshaft bearing or so and not the fuel injection
-
@EFoutdoors my dad had a 1997 van with a detroit diel it just died at 425,000 miles with trans work and fuel pump changed
-
rule of thumbs: dont buy a detoit diesel
-
Sounds like any 6.2 lol

@biker8684 I smell bullshit... And yes, the 5.7 diesel was a clone of the 350 block, but the 6.2 and 6.5 were ground up designs from Detroit Diesel. I'm really amazed at ths stupidity you express.

i don't normal but when jack ass know it all's don't shut the hell up i will say something i have been working on cars since i was 6 built my first hot rod engine when i was 13 still runs today and a trained auto and commercial diesel tec so at list when i say something i know what im talking about

@biker8684 no the 6.2 and 6.5 did not start out as a gasoline engine., neither did the Olds 4.3/5.7 diesels. please don't become number 45,000,084 to start spewing crap all over YouTube comments.

@bradleyjack69 no i started as a gas truck engine not the Oldsmobile 350 that but they did the same thing using a gas truck block to mock up the engine and converted it to diesel so the main bearing web would crack on later model trucks they re-designed the lower end of the block the olds 350 was a basket case the 6.2 and 6.5 not bad but that was there biggest down fall in thos engines other then that there a good running engine
THIS PROBLEM HAS BEEN FIXED!!!!

@365bluesky read the other comments, but in a nut shell the flywheel bolts came loose and the some broke actually. so it was going around rubbing the clutch like mad.

sounds like some bad injectors , might be stopped up . i would replace em with new ones and add some power service fuel injector cleaner to the fuel tank . hope this helps .

thanks but the flywheel bolts had come loose and some of them broke. so i just put a new clutch in and replaced the bolts. then i sold the truck. my parents wanted it gone. i regret selling it everyday.

yeah i took the intake off first then the lines then i put the intake back on for some reason, i really could have run it without. for that. I like the idea of the intake being easy to take off and being standalone(no coolant or oil involved with it just air) but everytime you take the valve covers off you have to take the intake off. then you have to get new gaskets all around cuz they use crush gaskets.
