Rottweilers are the most amazing breeds, german shepherds bite force is 238 pounds and the rottweilers is 328, and the defensive bite of the rottweiler is even stronger then that of a german shepherds attack bite so dont talk bite force because rottys is a clear winner. if u dont believe me go to the bite competition and then come talk..

i owned a rotti as a first dog and there pure muscle i would much rather get chased by a gs then a rotti and i would say rottis would win in a fight but there not the ideal guard dog. There more like personal protection whereas gs are all round. I want to get a black gs soon though

@YTPbillqe uhmm.. i donno where u get ur facts from but rottweilers have a 328 pound bite force which is the biggest recorded by a domestic dogs and german shepherds habe like a 238 pound bite, the rottweilers defensive bite is stronger then that of a shepherds so dont talk bite force, rottys are a much better breed of defensive dog but german shepherds are the higher in intelligence

i Hate people thinking Rotties are better There not people German Shepherds have a mutch bigger bite force and alot smarter and thats why when you think of guard dogs you probly think of german shepherds this is really anoying GOD !!!!
