  • What seems to be the problem? These thugs violated & destroyed innocent people's lives. They're lucky this country allows them to live. I'd personally advocate their execution.

  • It's much more complicated than what you assume. The point here is that due process is being ignored, and those Tamms inmates who are released back into society will be immeasurably more messed up than they were when they went in. This system is a huge waste of money, and it does not achieve any useful purpose. Quite the contrary.

As for execution - what country do YOU live in? China?

  • crazyhorz, you gotta learn some compassion and tolerance. no one deserves to be tortured. could you live with the weight of executing a man who has been totally dismantled to nothing? i agree with ghasse, you sound like some chinese politician.

besides, this is about the blues, baby!

  • Human beings are made in God's image. Mistreating and degrading them is a blatant afront to God.

People in prison may have committed horrible, inhumane acts, but they're people none the less. They fell pain, sadness and loneliness just like you and me.

Have a little compassion for your fellow human beings, my friend.

  • Who cares who he is? This is about the torture of prisoners in Tamms

  • Jt123egypte, why are you calling this guy a phoney imposter? What the hell is wrong with you? This is Elmore James' son. Are you pissed because he has his fathers name? Or because of his music? He is just being himself, playing what he grew up on.

  • That's right. This is Elmore James, Junior. Are you some kind of an idiot?

  • well said

  • There is only 1 ELMORE JAMES and that is not this Phoney imposter

  • Hi there ! There might be video footage of this Elmore James JUNIOR - but there isn't any of THE Elmore James, who died in 1963. He was to be filmed on the drummer's new Cine-camera at the gig in 1963, he was supposed to be at. Unfortunately, he had a final heart atack, getting dressed, before going to that gig !
