When the Russians attack, their targets are going to be communications towers and airports. That information needs to be distributed amongst military, especially air defense.

I think ADA should be part of Infantry any way being that your more likely to get shot from the ground

ADA is used all over the country to protect New york city the capitol and U.S embassys over seas. You still might be right about them trying to turn ada guys infantry.

It's not that bad. Just get used to aircraft rec., hanging out at the motorpool and cleaning out the conex. Hope you dont get bored easy..lol

Cool vid. I remember when the avenger system first came online. I was leaving Ft. Lewis to go to Germany. 1/67 & 2/59 ADA all the Way!!! Brings back good memories...

it suck cause we never fight any with an air force. so there is a good chance u will end up being an infantrymen. if u go to a light infantry unit there going to want to put u in the front of your perimeter cause the avenger has great night vision. I was in 362 at fort drum and when we were going to go to war it was going to be for infantry not ADA. thank god we never had to go. put for a year we traind as infantry. tust me this job sucks. look it up when was the last time the USA needed ADA
