There is no need for supplements or any type of commercial products that claim to enchance performance. Commercial products may contain banned substances that would cause you to fail a drug test.

  • @BUDS6761 YOU DON’T NEED IT! Supplements are a joke man, unless you need to gain a lot of body mass. Just eat and work hard as hell

  • What about a multi vitamin? I've been told its ok before meps but what about during swcc training? Ive been working my ass off with no supplements but vitamins. I take alot of b vitamin complex with the multi vitamin, Is that ok? I feel like doing crossfit and swim/run in same day... my body needs it

  • @Dropkickwalrus2 hooyah*

  • @Dropkickwalrus2 Its HOOYAH mate

  • with all that calcium, I would add to take a vitamin D3 supplement as well as proper fat intake to allow the assimilation of that calcium.

  • dude

    just squat

  • @BUDS6761 also ive been told people who are using creatine in BUD/S end up with cramps on the runs

  • @BUDS6761

Because it requires a LOT of water...it can lead to dehydration if you don't hydrate enough. The cost-benefit of Creatine just isn't worth it.

  • Thank you
