Ever heard of Catherine Tickell? You could do well perhaps by getting yourself a talented backing group to make you sound even better, like her.

you have to find a teacher near you and get a practice chanter and get lessons, after about 6 months on chanter, you should be ready to move onto full bagpipes, you can get a set of Plastic Bagpipes from bagpipes galore in edinburgh for £395 ad they sound as good as blackwood bagpipes.
