@ciroalb3 You're correct Reinwald Werrenrath does feature on this recording singing baritone . William Hooley was bass and Harry McDonough completed the chorus singing tenor. William H Reitz was on chimes and all conducted by Walter B Rogers .
Good day everyone, I would like to find this version in score of the adeste fideles with this variation. Do somebody knows where I can find it or who did this arrangement? MacCormack sings more than beautiful!
@lovinSpoonful I have this version too. It's included on a Nimbus album called "Prima Voce: The Spirit of Christmas Past", all recordings made between 1915 and 1942. The remastering job is unbelievably good.
So lovely!! McCormack was one of a kind!

For many decades I have thought Count John had the most beautiful voice ever heard. This confirms it! His slight changes to the tune are fun too.
