  • i have a suzuki sj 410 1987model, it has F10A 970cc 1litre engine, with 4 speed gearbox its not sufficient for me and its often get overheated and & i am suffering from other problems too, i want to increase the power and speed and change the engine with sierra 's 1.3 litre 1300cc engine, am i doing right do u have any sugestions for me,?? thanks,

  • @SuperRover2010 better use Suzuki Swift GTi 1300cc g13b 16v vesion have 100hp, sierra 1300cc is g13ba 8v vesion just only 67hp.. g13b and g13ba block ar same.. i recoment use g13b and 1.3 sierra gearbox..

  • @piston335 what about the turbo does the F10A 970cc engine supports turbo, or the swift is a car not a 4 wheel drive i think ,

  • @SuperRover2010 F10A can turbo but i think not anough power for me..

no i mean get g13b 16v and sierra 1.3 gearbox.. g13ba and g13b block is same so the g13b can fited to sierra 1.3 gearbox.. go g13b don go to g13ba. cos gti g13b 16v (100hp) the sierra g13ba 8v only (67hp)

  • is suzuki jimny sierra

  • not.. is 4 cylinder 1.3 (g13b)

  • @piston335 ok it have 100 HP but front axle wont handle of that power

  • @piston335 ok so what about the feul efficiency, what u think which one of these 3 engine is best for feul consumption,

  • @SCBianchi Oh, and the 1298cc engine came in 8v, 8v EFI and 16v EFI. There are other differences, but I think you get the point.

  • @SCBianchi Nope. There are significant differences between some of those cars - 3 different engines (970cc (410), 1325cc (413) and 1298cc (Samurai)), at least 2 different gearboxes (4speed for 410, 5 speed for everything else) 3+ different diff ratios (410, 413 and Samurai), at least 3 different axle sizes (410 size, 413 size and Samurai size) - and that's without even talking about short and long wheelbase. So no, they're not all the same. They look very similar, but they're *not* the same.
