The only difference that matters between the state and the federal plan is found in Article 1, Section 8 and in the 10th amendment of the US Constitution.
The fact that the only difference that matters isn't mentioned by anyone in this video exemplifies why voters continue to elect Republicans and Democrats who ignore the constitution. Like those they elect, voters are either too ignorant to care, or they are just ignorant.

no, Ron Paul held the first tea party. THAT was when it had credibility. But you're right - it lost it somewhere between paying Glen and Sarah to speak at events, and completely losing Ron Paul's strong defense/non-interventionist foreign policy. Also, I would imagine that none of those people aren't anywhere the caliber of economics scholar as Ron Paul and the Ludwig Von Mises institute.
