材料:雞蛋、蘿蔔泥、蔥花、香油、涼開水、海苔絲、龜甲萬鮮美露。

先燒一鍋開水,再加半大匙鹽,這樣蛋白遇鹽會凝固,水開了之後把火開到最小,讓水沒有滾的狀況溫度約90度,這樣蛋白才不會因水滾而散開,找個杓子底部有孔洞再把蛋放入杓­子中,大約等三分鐘蛋白就熟了而蛋黃不會,這時準備調和醬汁,把一大匙鮮美露、一大匙涼開水調和攪拌即可,三分鐘後杓子取出,用小湯匙輕輕地把蛋移至碗中再淋上之前調和好­的醬汁加點蘿蔔泥、蔥花、海苔絲、一滴香油,這樣就完成美味的鮮美溫泉蛋。
