  • I could move even more if I used a crane. :) I'm not a weight lifter, and I have never put in the effort to develop the flexibility to do fsq with clean grip. :)

  • It is a lifestyle. The reward is the achivements after a lot of training..

  • way to go man, your a BEAST. 9 1/2 years = dedication. just curious, why dont you anchor your rack down? it makes me nervious watching you rack the weight. I guess you need a bit more controll than most people though.
